To meet these various construction needs we are progressive in adapting to the use of advanced technology in our fabrication facilities and continue to invest in the equipment necessary for our employees to provide the best product for our customers.
Our Motto: Real People. Lasting partnerships. Unfailing integrity. Building a better tomorrow one project at a time.
People, Quality, Safety and Innovation… they’re the values at the core of everything we do. This strong commitment was defined early by our founder, Tom Schueck, and promoted with the help of long-time employees like Gene Riley, pillar of a three-generation Lexicon family and the company itself. In the more than 50 years since our start, we’ve built buildings and structures around the globe. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, our family of companies now includes Custom Metals, Prospect Steel, Steel Fabricators of Monroe, Lexicon Energy Services, Lexicon Industrial Constructors, Lexicon Industrial Maintenance and Heritage Links. From mechanical installation to golf course construction and renovation, our team brings together the pieces—and the expertise—to get it done.
