Celebrate America 250 with this Commemorative Community Experience.
This summer, Ouachita Parish families will have a chance to step into history in a way that is both meaningful and memorable. Presented by The Monroe Chamber of Commerce’s Leaders of Change, Flags of Freedom is an open to the public display honoring 250 years of independence. On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, Anna Gray Noe Park will be transformed into a moving reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and hope that have shaped our nation.
