Enrollment Requirements
Do I have to be a Chamber member to enroll?
Yes. You must be an active member/member company of the Monroe Chamber in Louisiana to join this group plan.
What do I need to do to enroll?

Can individuals enroll in the plan?
No. Our plans are designed exclusively for employer-sponsored group coverage and are not available for individual enrollment.
Can we get a quote without providing employee names and dates of birth?
No. To properly underwrite your group’s plan and provide accurate pricing, we require all the information requested for risk assessment purposes, which includes employee names and dates of birth.
Can we connect when our plan renews?
Yes. We simply ask that you provide the necessary information approximately 90 days before your plan’s effective renewal date so we have adequate time to review your options and prepare recommendations
Broker
Can I keep my existing broker?
Yes! We absolutely encourage you to maintain that relationship if it is working well for you. Your broker can communicate with us directly regarding questions, concerns, and assistance with gathering the information needed to obtain a quote.
What if we are offering benefits for the first time and do not have an existing broker?
